When a video consultation makes sense

• Before you arrive. Discuss a condition, medication or concern with a doctor before you travel, so care is arranged for the day you land.
• During your stay. Many concerns can be assessed and treated by video, with a prescription delivered to your hotel. If the doctor feels you should be examined in person, the consultation becomes the first step of a visit — you are not paying twice for the same judgement.
• After you fly home. Follow-up on treatment, test results or recovery with the doctor who saw you, from anywhere in the world.

How it works

1. Call or WhatsApp the clinic and tell us briefly what you would like to discuss.
2. We schedule the consultation — often within the hour, at a time that works across time zones.
3. You receive a secure video link. No app or account is needed.
4. The doctor follows up in writing with any prescription, referral or test arrangement agreed during the call.
