Omniya runs a pharmacy at the Knightsbridge clinic. Prescriptions are prepared in-house wherever possible, rather than sent to a high-street chemist, and brought straight to your hotel.

Medication left at home

The most common request we receive from concierge desks: a guest has arrived without their regular medication, or has run out mid-stay. The doctor confirms the medication and dose, by video consultation where appropriate. Where it is safe to continue your care, a private prescription is issued and the medication is delivered straight to the hotel. Where a medicine sold abroad has a different name or formulation in the UK, the doctor prescribes the correct equivalent.

Prescriptions after a consultation

Any medication the doctor prescribes at a visit or video consultation is dispensed by the clinic’s pharmacy and can be delivered directly to your suite.

What we need

• The name of the medication, if known; a photograph of the packaging is ideal
• The prescribing doctor or clinic at home, if the medication needs confirming
• The guest’s name and hotel for delivery

Controlled drugs are subject to UK prescribing regulations; the doctor will explain what is possible during the consultation.
