Omniya is a private clinic at 3a Montpelier Street, Knightsbridge, two minutes’ walk from Harrods. The clinic is registered with the Care Quality Commission, and its doctors practise across private general practice, longevity medicine and aesthetic medicine. The full clinic is at omniya.co.uk.

Why a concierge service

Omniya’s doctors already practise a few streets from the hotels of Knightsbridge, Mayfair and Belgravia. A visiting service run from the neighbourhood works differently from one that travels across town: the doctor is close by, the clinic is within walking distance when a treatment room is needed, and the same doctor is available again the next day, at the clinic or back at your door, or by video after checkout.

How we practise

• Doctor-led. Decisions about your care are made by the doctor seeing you, not a booking script.
• Individualised. Treatment plans are shaped around each patient: the condition, the circumstances and the travel plans, never a template. Where the standard route does not suit a visitor, the doctor plans around it, safely.
• Comprehensive. Visits are booked with time to examine, treat and explain.
• Transparent. Every fee is published, and invoices match what was quoted.
• Discreet. Plain clothes, unmarked bag, and nothing shared beyond the patient.
