Omniya is a private clinic at 3a Montpelier Street, Knightsbridge — five minutes’ walk from Harrods. The clinic is registered with the Care Quality Commission, and its doctors practise across private general practice, longevity medicine and aesthetic medicine. The full clinic is at omniya.co.uk.

Why a concierge service

Knightsbridge receives some of the world’s most demanding visitors, staying in some of its best hotels — and when a guest falls ill, the desk’s options have been a hospital, a wait, or a service dispatched from across town. A clinic already in the neighbourhood is better placed: the doctor arrives sooner, the clinic itself is a short walk away when needed, and the same doctor remains available by video long after checkout.

How we practise

• Doctor-led. Decisions about your care are made by the doctor seeing you, not a booking script.
• Unhurried. Visits allow up to an hour, because examination and explanation take time to do well.
• Transparent. Every fee is published, and invoices match what was quoted.
• Discreet. Plain clothes, unmarked bag, and nothing shared beyond the patient.

Insurance

We provide itemised invoices and receipts for international insurance claims, including Bupa Global, AXA Health, Allianz and Cigna. Payment is made to the clinic at the time of care; guests reclaim from their insurer using the documents we supply.
