How a visit works

1. Call or WhatsApp the clinic. You speak with the clinic directly — tell us the guest’s name, hotel or address, and what has happened.
2. The doctor sets out. For Knightsbridge, Belgravia and Chelsea (SW1, SW3, SW7), the doctor is usually with you within the hour. We confirm the arrival time before setting out.
3. An unhurried consultation. Up to sixty minutes with the doctor — examination, treatment, and a clear explanation of what happens next.
4. Everything follows to your door. Prescriptions delivered to the hotel, blood tests taken in your suite, referrals arranged into London’s private hospitals, and a follow-up by video after you fly home.

What the doctor brings

Each visiting doctor carries diagnostic equipment for examination and testing, a formulary of commonly needed medicines for immediate treatment, and phlebotomy equipment for blood samples taken on the spot. Where medication needs to be dispensed rather than administered, a private prescription is delivered to your hotel, typically within hours.

Discretion

Visits are made in plain clothes with an unmarked medical bag. The doctor announces themselves however you or the concierge prefer, and nothing about the visit is shared with anyone beyond the patient. For partner hotels, we agree the arrival protocol with the concierge desk in advance.

Who we see

Adults and children, guests and residents. A chaperone can be arranged for any examination on request. If the doctor believes hospital care is needed, we say so plainly and arrange it — including admission to London’s private hospitals.

Billing

Payment is by card at the visit. For partner hotels, visits can be billed to the room folio or a hotel account by prior arrangement. Itemised invoices and receipts are provided for international insurance claims, including Bupa Global, AXA Health, Allianz and Cigna. Fees are published in full on the pricing page.
